Teach Your Brain to Assume a New Habit
Research conducted by Psychology Today, shows that 46.9% of the time our brains are operating on autopilot. Routines like the route you take to work, where or what you eat for lunch, and even what emotion you choose to use to respond to specific situations are all habits.
